Delivery Driver
Are you organized, a safe driver, and ready to be the face of our brand on the road? We are hiring a Delivery Driver to get our coffee into the hands of our customers. You will manage your own daily routes, keep the van running smoothly, and ensure our accounts get top-tier service.
Responsibilities
- Put together orders (you will organize labelled coffee by invoice and prep/sort bags to be delivered.)
- Lifting (up to 50 pounds may be necessary.)
- Loading/unloading van with product (including kegs and cans.)
- Operating/driving a ford transit van (drive responsibly & ensure safe delivery of all products)
- Plan an optimized route everyday
- Maintain company vehicle (fill gas tank, report when maintenance & repairs are needed)
- Collect checks upon delivery of product (for applicable customers.)
- Load/unload products at both facilities
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience delivery driving (experience in coffee preferred but not required.)
- Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and hard-working

Production
Do you love coffee and staying active? We are looking for someone who can handle the hustle of the production floor and the hospitality of the front counter. You’ll spend your time packaging our fresh roasts, getting orders ready for shipment, and helping customers find their perfect bean.
Responsibilities
- Bagging coffee (you must be able and willing to stand at a bagging table for several hours per day to fill, heat seal, and label various sized coffee bags.)

- Fulfilling shipping orders & assist with palletizing
- help Keep our spaces clean & safe
- Welcome guests and assist teammates
- Learn about products and procedures to educate & assist customers
- use pos to checkout customers
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or labor preferred
- Strong communicator with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and available to work minimum 20 hours each week
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
