What is ROC² Coffee?
ROC² (Roastery of Cave Creek) is a specialty coffee roaster based in Cave Creek, AZ. We roast a variety of blends and single-origin coffees, and also produce cold brew and nitro beverages in house.

How do you roast your coffee?
We balance art and science in our roasting process. We carefully monitor each batch so as not to under-roast or over-roast, aiming to hit the "sweet spot" that reveals the nuanced flavor profile of each bean.

Do you offer white label coffee?
Yes — white label coffee (also known as private label) is our specialty. We roast and package our great coffee under your brand, ready to sell. Choose from our proven blends, apply your branding and your coffee business is ready to launch.

Where do you source your coffee beans?
We source from a variety of Fair Trade and Direct Trade partners, traveling globally across the four major coffee growing regions: Central America, South America, Africa, and Indonesia.

How long has ROC² been in business?
ROC² has been roasting since 1997. It began with a small 3-kilo roaster in the back of a Cave Creek coffee shop, and has since expanded to a large wholesale operation.

Can I create custom coffee for my business?
Yes. This requires more work and commitment so it does mean we need to see your plan for your business, how you plan to sell the coffee and has a larger MOQ. We’ll roast and deliver your custom coffee. From your unique coffee blend to a range of single origins we cover them all.
